Judy Matthews - Compassion to do the right thing.
Judy and Wilmot Matthews (Senior Director at SQI) ....a few years ago made a very generous donation ($25M), as noted in the story below. They have a vision for SQI, and so too does Shaf Keshavjee with the partnership of the UHN. I met the Matthews' several years back and they are quite the accomplished couple. While I didn't have a lot of overlap with Mrs. Matthews, I listened to her speaking and was impressed. I was able to speak with Mr. Matthews and he makes others feel at ease. He is very personable and is a supportive listener. It is encouraging that Mr. & Mrs. Matthews are involved with SQI.
