Strong buy hereMarket cap of $11million and they own more than $11million in properties. P/E=3 too cheap to ignore. Good revenues and rental market keeps going up. Property values also increasing. Got my 400k fill at .055 cents from Industrial Alliance. Seems they are done selling. This should move back up. Value of 10cents minimum. Almost a double from here. Easy money.
