RE:Anyone Following?I bought into this recently and had an email exchange with the CEO. 
Looks like they are in a holding pattern until a new property is identified for purchase.
They want to grow significantly before they do any distributions. Which is totally fine. They want to target 50-60% debt / FFO which is decent.

I find their current price is undervalued compared to the NAV of assets and the book value.
