The question is, if this is such a good deal why is it that they couldn't find someone with money to take this undertaking? Largo is the biggest vanadium supplier with the largest deposit and they own it. Sparton has from what I understand is a first right of refusal on the vanadium deposit in china. The mill that they have a line on apparently will take a long time to get it up and running. It some how seems that sparton has gotten the short end of the stick in its endeavors. Why is it that most think that china is a good place to invest??
