RE:RE:RE:i had suggestion to CEO to split Sparton to 2 SRI owns 9% of VRB. Just buy the shares and you will own VRB. You dont need to split it to own more shares calling it VRB Canada. Which its not, VRBs holds 9% interest and have do nothing with the day to day operation.
Thats like goldman sacks owning 15% of a company then spliting goldman up because of the holdiing
Removing the gold component would remove a buffer with the inflation issue on the table and gold set to rise significatlny.

The ownership of VRB Energy & the other part of Sparton do not have anything with each other to do.
I is mostly interested of VRB Energy and would prefer to own more of this business.
I also think it will be easier to value the separate parts.
I belive that the VRB Energy stake is higly undervalued compared to if there will be an IPO of VRB Energy in the future
A separation can attract more investors to Sparton 2 (VRB Energy) as i belive it can be a dealbreaker to have to invest in a messy bussinesss idea.
