the estimated total value of this contract is 3-400 million. calculate 9.9% of that, look at sparton's market cap and do the math.

On all the news releases involving it shows that Sparton owns 89.8% of Vanspar, which owns 9.8% of VRB. My math shows that as 8.8%. What am I missing here ?

Please, do correct me if I am mistaken, but I was under impression that SRI owns 87.46% of VanSpar (3Q20 report, page 10) and VanSpar owns 9.8% of VRB Energy (3Q20 report, page 20). Regards, Luka
