First real news in months!
The value in the LR deal will be as stalking horse going through permit process. If they can get permits in the timeline they suggest, mid-year, it will have huge positive implications for Solaris, Solgold and everyone else. I don't believe a Western company has been granted a mining permit since Kinross at FdN.
Back to Adventus-Luminex, you gotta believe this deal gives instant cash and credibility. I have no idea how much additional equity will be needed to build this El Domo mine, but that is a next summer kind of problem. If Adventus can get all the necessary permits, that will be a MAJOR accomplishment. Just a throw-away thot, if this deal works, if things fall into place...you gotta believe Salazar will be worth more than a nickel!
