Thanks treehugger2.....

Thanks treehugger2.....For posting the contents of your email discussion with Mr. Davidson. I'm sure "the effort" you made will be much appreciated by the many board members/shareholders here. With that said though, the reply he gave you is the reason i didn't even bother to contact him that way as longonsilver had suggested. I more or less expected as much from someone like him. Which is basically nothing substantial or new and it seems he just cut&pasted his reply from a previous news release.

I knew from the start these guys weren't the smartest or brightest people in charge of managing a very speculative play, but now i'm really starting really to believe that they probably have NO intention at all to actually buildout the company into an actual producer. I think they're just content & satisfied to keep flipping properites, one after the other infinitium with really no intent to find & pordiuce actual metal. Just keep going from one dreary asset to aonther all the while just draining the company coffers until their completely exhausted and then they just rinse & repeat the process again. That is why this company has been ongoing for over TWO DECADES without ever actual having the intentions of finding a smiggen of gold or silver in the asstets they exploit. Just acquire the assets for show to make it seem they're doing "something" so they can constantly issue themselves options & regularly collect a lucrative salary by diluting s/h and draining company coffers. Just keep on rinsing & repeating exactly the same way they've been doing for over 20 years.

I will give this a little more time for them to resolve the Pino de Plata issue which as been ongoing for over 5 years!!!! it's rare you see a situation like this where the comany isnt able to resolve the issue either way. In most cases either the local Gov't doesn't renew the permit or takes away the asset from the company for several reasons OR things get eventually resolved by ALL parties involved. You almost never see an asset like this in limbo for over 5 years with no clear direction either way. Do they actually have a lgeally binding contract with the Govt and the owners of this property or NOT?

This is pretty simple here. It was my understanding they have a lgeal contract with the owner, so what the hold up? The contracts were signed by BOTH parties and they BOTH a contractual obligations to uphold. If the owner doesn't wish to abide by the contract that was legally signed anymore, just take the damn person to court to resolve the issue. I assume they have a fair & working legal judicairy systme in Mexico where they bring their differences to reolved in a timely manner so both parties can move on. Imo, this has been going on long enough and the company's mgmt has been given enough time and leeway by s/h to resolve this issue. So resolve it now & quickly before some really upset s/h start taking legal action against the company for incompetence and dragging on things thats should be reolved by now.

This is my rant for the day. Just one more thing before i end this. I know i've mentioned this before and i know that not many agree but i'll keep stresssing this point over & over again. Has this company been HQ'd in another place besides the Canadian Martimes and was run by folks other than Maritimers, this would have been a VERY different story. Folks from Onatario, Alberta, BC or Americans would have acted quickly & resolved this issue pronto. A VERY good chance the company would have NEVER been in this position in the first place if the company was run by competent folks besides Maritmers. I just find folks from those parts to be very weak on overall skill sets especially mgmt skills and are too "laissez faire" types without being proactive. JMHO.

Good luck & God speed
