This was unique.....

This was unique.....Management announces a private placement today at 27 cents and the market today bids the price up to 29.5 cents.  Hardly ever see that, usually the market tanks the share price upon the announcement of any dilution.

Why not just participate in the PP if you wanted to get a better share price?
