What am I missing.......?

What am I missing.......?
When a stock goes from the mid 30's and closes at $1.27 in a single day, 9 times out of 10, the next day is a complete disaster once long term shareholders see an opportunity to cashout. This is especially true if you are aware of how badly Stellar Pacific screwed up the spin-off and used their shareholders to create this new play. Lots of people were looking for a way out and STH provided it. My guess is that this will settle in the 40's and for people not aware of this management group, many more will experience the complete incompetence of what has the potential of being a serious play. With these companies, do not consider yourself to be an investor, nothing more than a speculation at this point. Good luck to all.........
