RE: ResourcesThe only 43-101 report by Strike on the Edwards Mine was in 2005, no resources were reported.  There was no reference to work that might be relied upon in the old workings, and there was insufficient drilling to define any resources at that time. 

Subsequent drilling may be good enough to define some resources on the newer structures.  The review of the old technical data should give us some idea what developed ore was left behind.  Will this data be good enough for a 43-101 report with MI&I Resources?  Not sure.  Strike doesn't seem too sure at this point, either, although some data indicates at least two developed areas lefta t mine closure with good grades.

PS--Strike only owns 87.5% of the Edwards Mine, Cline Mining (T.CMK) owns the other 12.5%.
