Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. is a Canada-based independent international energy company engaged in exploring, acquiring, and nurturing developmental energy assets. The Company has exclusive right and option to acquire 100% of the optionor’s interest in the Redonda property. The Redonda project consists of about nine mining claim units located northeast of Campbell River, in the Vancouver Mining Division of British Columbia. The Redonda Porphyry Prospect is an underexplored porphyry copper-molybdenum occurrence located in the northern Gulf Islands between the Wrangellia Terrain of Vancouver Island and the Coast Plutonic Belt of the mainland. It also holds a 100% interest in and to the Capri and Capri2 uranium deposits totaling about 1,907,000 tons of U308 probable reserves, grading between 0.021% to 0.05% U308. The Capri and Capri2 uranium deposits are located in Quebec, approximately 220 kilometers northwest of the city of Montreal.

My $STMP Due Diligence

Bryson Goodwin runs both STMP and ACDC. I recommend that any shareholders here take a look at what Bryson was able to do for ACDC stock since Jan 2021 - from 0.03 to $1 - He has the tools and knows how to move a stock - Keep in mind Bryson was able to do this with a 350M float and larger MC - now imagine what he can do for STMP which only has a 54M float and 3M MC (Will be much easier to move and much more room for growth) - With a successful transition into mining (gold/silver/battery minerals,etc.), promo, and the right team, the potential here is incredible and conditional on Bryson executing this transition.

March 09, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Stamper Oil & Gas Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V:
STMP; FSE: TMP2) intends to raise up to $1,000,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement of up
to a maximum of 20 million common shares at a price of $0.05 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one transferrable share purchase
warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price
of $0.055 for a period of 36 months from the closing date, subject to accelerated expiry. Stamper intends to use the proceeds towards the mineral property in the Kenora District of Ontario (as
previously announced in December 7, 2020) and for general working capital purposes.
