Digger - Just a point of correct on your post.....I checked and the Sep Placement was at 12.5cents, but there was a 5 for 1 share consolidation before the IPO at 70cents....therefore the 12.5 cent PP was effectively at 62.5 cents (so not the profit you indicated).

I agree that it is ALWAYS a good sign to see the insiders buying and not selling at IPO levels!

Should be interesting to see what streams/royalties for near/immediate cashflow the company puts into place with the recent IPO and over allotment cash in hand!
