Managment  own  a very  large  portion  of the  stock... If  they were to  change  their  stratagy a  bit  and   focus  more  on  compensation  via  dividend  then  the  share  price  would  also  move  up  more  than  compensating  for  a reduced   compensation  via  salary.... Just a  thought.

With  35 MM shares  outstanding  each  penny  of  dividend  equates  to  $350,000 in profit  sharing.
Each  penny  in  dividend   should  equate  to at  least  15- 20 cents  in  share  value....JMHO
