I assummed that His position was indeed locked for a year.

I even contacted the company to confirm this fact.  

You can also call to confirm.

Also took him at his word that he as not a seller.  Wanted to believe his word was good.

I am obviously and honestly mistaken.

GMP appears to confirm he is a seller.

He sold the bulk oh his Stock on or about July 14 or 15.  

That is why I wanted to know how much GMP has sold from that point to yesterday.

Thank you for providing all of the information.

I have made a big bet on this deal as I believe it is headed for higher levels and now own close to 7 figures.
