Private Placements

Not sure what you are talking about with management continuously issuing PPs and getting new vehicles?  When was the last Private Placement anyway? This traded at at around a 20 million market cap for most of the time except for the highs. Since the reverse split it is now a 5 million market cap. The building is worth more than 5 million.  Sales and revenue are up huge % points quarter to quarter as they are finally monetizing the product. Not sure how you can be negative about this unless you bought during the highs.  dyodd

sure building is worth more than $5 million but then consider the mortgage loan and payables related to building. There's a $7k judgement for the door. You're good at math, what's the value? Sales revenues up "huge %" but compared to when? dyodd

7k for a door? Would you pay a contractor 7k if the door was not operating as it should? It does not mean that do not have the $ to pay for it. Only a legal dispute maybe? Glta...see you longs at $2.00 sooner than later. A ...p.p. will slow things down but only temporarily. Eventually...Sugr will be viewed as Guichi, Movado, Rolex, etc. Only in my novice opinion though. Been sued before...only once. I only won because I showed up in court and I was a small co. What would have Sugr fees be over a 7k dispute? 12 k? We are talking peanuts...let's drop it? As you stated before...vehicle rental costs are the real deal breaker...lol

why didn't they just pay? Now drop. Vehicle rentals are a joke. Where are the sales going to come from? No sales, no profits, then door still doesn't get paid for! Lol
