RE:RE:RE:Grandfather clausereefercat...HC is a large agency, when they 'claimed' to add 300 people to their staff, it doesn't mean they added 300 people to their cannabis license application division...I'm sure a small % of the 300 were dedicated to the CL but not all.

Finding investors with this new rule is going to be very difficult...to say the least.  The Canadian Gov. claims that they want to help the little guy (ma pa shop, black market growers) but with this new rule, they just destroyed all dreams for the Micro Cultivation/Processing/Sales licence applications.  HC just solidified the black market industry making the entry level for the little guy next to impossible.
