RE:Difference between V.SUGR and V.SUGR.WT

RE:Difference between V.SUGR and V.SUGR.WTV.sugr are free trading shares on the exchange .  V.sug.wt are the warrant offer from the company, I believe roughly 55 million warrants which have a strike price of 10 cents.  The expire in 2023 so there is, presumably, lots of time to get them "in the money"....;)

you can trade the warrant or puchase the share by 'buying' the warrant a the price of .10 cents prior to expiring.  Meaning huge pure profit once bought and then sold into market if the price is say $2.50 at the time.
Warrants generate cash for the company when they are converted into shares.

The warrant current 'fair value'  is supposiidly around 6-7 cents so, presumably, already earning profit if purchased at these levels.   I'm not sure where to find the warrant fair value however.  I'm sure it's on the net....I haven't bothered.  Not a concern for me personally as I am confident they will attain the strike price eventually ...and WAY more. IMO

great discussion today!  I enjoyed reading for a change after work....Bring on some NEWS !  Go Sugr!
