Diick you kind of glossed over something like its par for the course and that every grow op needs one. You’re absolutely correct on your assumption Diick. Every grow op does need one and that’s the building. What you do not understand about this building is all the technologies that went into this building. There not refurbing, restoring, repurposing, refinishing, retro fitting an older building. This building is state art new as far as 2018, 2019 goes.

The updated power going to the building with the power company( all bran new), they built 4 levels of growing space in the same space that most others will have 1 crop, SUGR will have 4 crops.

New building with all new HVAC ( heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ). There will be no hidden surprises, mold, mildew, air flow issues that you get with the redoers, just look at the issues HUGE had.

Diick, look at all the PHD’s running the show. I know you’re not big on the education aspect as I suspect you have little and cannot fathom what smart people can do. I am also not worried about SUGR finding outlets for its product or that its product is not going to be top quality. Like the saying goes “build it and they will come”.

One last thing Diick, licensing does not matter? Really, well then you should continue to buy your shiit from the black market, good luck on that, expert.
