The FDA also took several actions today on CBD front by issuing 15 warning letters, updating safety concerns, and given the lack of scientific information could do nothing else but whine aka lip service. The FDA cannot conclude CBD is generally recognized as safe or unsafe for use in human or animal food. There have not been enough studies to prove anything in that area.
