I posted on Monday that the debenture deal was going to be bad for the stock price. I've lived through this a few times with other companies and it always hurts existing shareholders. For the people here who don't quite understand what is going on, here is an explanation in simple terms. The offer was priced the way it was to entice new money, while passing the sniff test by regulators. All parties know what is going to happen, but it passes the guidelines. The debentures were priced with the stock value @ .05 to pass inspection and then all the freebies were added to make the offering appealing.

$1000 dollars gets you a debenture worth 20,000 shares and 20,000 warrants. As soon as you purchase the 3 year debenture you can cash it in for all the interest you would have received in 3 years @ 12% and convert it to shares @ .05. Note that the warrants are exercisable @ .05, which is better than the ones you have now.

For 20,000 shares: what do you pay?

$1000 - 36% interest rebate = $640.00. Assign a value of .015 for each warrant and it means you have paid : $640.00 - $300 (20,000 warrants @ .015) = $340.00 for the shares.

So to finance their dreams the company is now offering shares @ .017 each. And you wonder why the SP is dropping and you call anyone who points out the reality that they are bashers. Complain to the company, not the messenger.

I placed my sell order for several 100,000 shares @ .055 before the market opened on Monday but I should have sold more and taken .05. I bought back more @ .045 the last couple of days. This isn't over yet. There will soon be 80,000,000 more shares out there that were bought at .017.
