i see this as a lapse of judgment for whoever spearheaded the deal from the company side.it should have never bent down to 0.06 but should have strongly stood for 0.08 at least. Whoever did that should be demoted for he could bargain the company again , as he bargained his company too low when the company was getting traction and lots of agreements
