The story of one of Canada's richest base metal deposits. Part 2 looks at the high-profile bidding war by major miners for the $4.3 billion Voisey’s Bay nickel deposit of Diamondfields. Interesting point is the Ovoid deposit measured 800m x 350m x 125m...it’s conceivable in my mind that the Stardust discovery could end up measuring something close in size/tonnage as they already have one of the dimensions, namely 100m of massive sulphides in hole 421...and the CRD system has been tracked for over 2,000m...time will soon tell...that being said it’s this type of potential that pulls in much needed resource capital from the sidelines...
