Long wait for increase?

Long wait for increase?Newb here..I have a small position in this company seeking decent gains over the next 6 months.  Is that even viable with such a small player?  Will it take some huge breakthrough in their drilling to move the share up say 20-25% (3 to 5 cents?)

Thanks.  just wondering if this is even worthwhile..
