If you read the merger deal carefully    The price of the SIR stock determines what a SUMN shareholder will get 

I think the merger is great for both parties but we must insure the price of SIR goes up in order for both parties to get a fair shake if & when it is approved

Both companies are waiting on drill results ... lets hope they are impressive
