TPK news came all right....but silly me ...I thought a spinout would involve a distribution outright to existing shareholders. I guess this separates the components to facillitate dealmaking in the future (Vanstar? IMG?) but I am really fearful of the inability of a tiny junior to actually gain physical access to the property for development. Wouldnt it be nice if a ...more

It's not silly to have thought that - it's exactly what most shareholders were thinking based on what was said. This isn't a spinout as far as I'm concerned - it's just a monetezation of TPK that SUP shareholders will see no real benefit from.

I thought the same thing. As a shareholder in Northern Superior, I fully expected to receive shares in the new company that was spun off. That sure was the way it sounded listening to the CEO of Northern Superior talk about it.
