First a few million stock options at
.70 over five years for the brass,
then this scam deal with Ansue ( a shell company with 2 million shares float, 2 million shares is escrow, no assets and
no money ) for 100 million worthless shares for roughly 1/3 of Caracara, which belongs to us, the shareholders !
No spin off ! ( That was my main reason why I bought shares in SUR )
