can anyone tell mewhat exactly this mean? [22] The defendant Walker testified. He also is President, CEO and sole shareholder of the defendant corporations United Carnia and Consolidated Pine. "sole shareholder"???? does that mean he is the only shareholder of UCA and SUV amongst the listed Defendants? or does it mean that Rick Walker owns the entire float of UCA and SUV's shares.
