if we wanted to

if we wanted toif we wanted to investigate the activities of a CEO of a TSX Venture exchange CEO who would we contact? i mean who regulates these guys? who regulates what options they give themselves and at what prices? who regulates when they can buy and sell shares? who regulates when they can or cannot release news? who regulates which news the company decides to PR and which news they decide to keep to themselves? who regulates how many warants and flow thru shares and PP's a company can do and at what prices? something smells here with this situation. i'm beginning to think we should maybe report it to the proper regulatory agency? any other shareholders concerened about these issues like i am?
