1. Why were the names of Urban Casavant and the Gutka's, and Emmerson Koch, etc.. named as co-defendants in the Shore Gold vs SUV/UCA lawsuit? Does SUV/UCA not own claim to these claims solely/entirely? Are these disputed claims shared with the people mentioned above? If so, why has Rick Walker not informed us of these relationships?
Inncidentally Urban Casavant who was formerly CEO of CMKM Diamonds and is currently being sued by the new management of the CMKM Diamonds as all evidence shows he looted the company of all assets as clearly evidenced by the lawsuit filings in the state of Nevada.

2. Our claims that Rick Walker said in his last update to us were up to sale,,, how are these claims being appraised and valued? We havent been told anything significant (at least that i know of) about these claims, so what information is out there that he is using as leverage to entice potential buyers?
3. Assuming we win our dispute with Shore Gold,,, what are Rick Walkers future plans with the Star Diamond spinoff,,,also what are his opinions as to the future value of those disputed claims.
