The following is part of a report our corporate lawyer gave us a week ago. United Carina and Consolidated Pine now have a chance to review Shores written submissions and prepare a written reply. When the written reply is completed and filed with the Court, a hearing will be scheduled at which the parties will appear and present oral arguments. According to Mr. Kennedy who is now acting for Untied Carina et al, he will have written submissions completed by mid December which means, depending on the length of the case list awaiting hearing that the Court of Appeal should hear the case sometime between February and April 2008.
