court case

court casei know SUV shareholders and SGF like to fight over whether these claims are significant or insignificant to shore gold.  But, i dont believe shore gold has been fighting for these claims for 4 years just so that they can build Mt. Saskatchewan on them.  They must want them very badly for some good reason. just my opinion

incidentally a friend called the court of appeals today and
the hearing was over at 12 pm. There is a reserved decision on the matter.
Reserved decision is a legal term. After the hearing of a trial or the argument of a motion a judge may not immediately deliver a decision, but instead take time to review evidence and the law and deliver a decision at a later time, usually in a written form.

They that there is NO time frame on the outcome but to watch the website. She said that the 3 judges will now weigh the matter, do additional research as needed and then deliver a written decision.

If shore loses they can try to get their appeal heard in Ottawa
