GWG and SUV JV

I own gwg shares, but do not know SUV. Anyone know of existing connections (board members?) past or present between the two? Thoughts on the LOI?

Hello and another GWG shareholder here...interesting to learn about the JV with Star Uranium -- here's wishing success and (who knows, maybe a buy-out from overseas) in the near future. Let's all move forward and prosper  Cheers
