RE:RE:RE:I hope investors are not confusing SWAN goals.StockscoutX,

As I clearly stated, "I am waiting for Thomas Swan & Co to funnel into Black Swan Graphene all the intellectual property and trade secrets currently owed by Thomas Swan & Co and "friends", something which may or may not happen and something which would have Black Swan Graphene become worth more than it is currently valued as being. I don't expect that is going to happen until after LLG.V merges with SWAN.V, etc."

Should all that IP/trade secrets owned or controlled by Thomas Swam & Co and "friends" be funnelled into Black Swan Graphene, it would be clear that Black Swan Graphene would then have "bonafide and bankable asets" with which to lever in seeking to secure the necessary $42.8 Million worth of invested capital required to commence the buildout of that 9,878 tpa capacity graphene manufacturing and graphene enhanced products manufacturing facility.

At the moment, Black Swan Graphene is essentially an empty shell holding the partnership interests of some very fiscally capable partners. Those partners need for Black Swan Graphene ("BSG") to hold more than just an idea.
Such partners need
"bonafide and bankable asets" to be held by BSG in order to be willing to bring in the shiploads of capital investment intentionally being left to remain sitting at the sidelines.
Merging the two companies, "BSG"and Mason Resources Inc., may be necessary in order to entice Thomas Swan &Co principals to then bring in their own and the IP/trade secrets controlled by their "friends".
Perhaps it would only be at that point that the principals of a global-leading polymer matrix materials manufacturing chemicals company, which is collaboratively having it's polymer matrix comprised materials enhanced with Black Swan's graphene material specifically, could come in and scoop up a controlling equity interst the entire kit and caboodle.

This is the gamble here with Black Swan Graphene; and I expect share consolidations and then massive materially dilutive equities issuances woud likely need to take place as part in parcel of necessarily formulating a quite serious corporate enterprise.

We'll see. For now though, SWAN.V is dead money
