I hope investors are not confusing SWAN goals.

I think many investors associate terms like "graphene" and "graphite" exclusively with the production of batteries for electric cars. If you take a closer look, the use of  "graphene" and "graphite" goes into the production of many products that are widely used in many industries. I think it's why Mason Ressources has about 40% of SWAN shares. Maybe they know something we don't and it's a question of when it will come to light and see the SP moving north again. imo.

Hello StockscoutX, You make a point about Mason Resorces equities investors possibly associating the words graphene and graphite with the production of batteries for electric cars and suggest investors take a closer look at the applications employing either graphite or graphene. Vey good suggestion StockscoutX. Here, I'll take that bait. Mason Resources doesn't mine graphite nor ...more

All I hear constantly from you is a person that seems to know it all which I doubt and keeps posting subtle digs at SWAN while pretending there is some hope or maybe not. What's your real interest here and other SWAN bullboards? To try and sink the SP to ripen an enventual deal? For a guy that keeps posting here while showing interest but keeps jabbing subtlely SWAN speaks volumes. imo.

StockscoutX, As I clearly stated, "I am waiting for Thomas Swan & Co to funnel into Black Swan Graphene all the intellectual property and trade secrets currently owed by Thomas Swan & Co and "friends", something which may or may not happen and something which would have Black Swan Graphene become worth more than it is currently valued as being. I don't expect that is ...more

Your logic doesn't hold water. You keep saying a merger between SWAN and Mason Ressources but only 40% is held by Mason. Where is Mason going to get the cash to buy out the other 60% to merge? What if the other major portion of 60% owned by an entity has plans to buy out Mason's 40% and develop SWAN? You stated that SWAN is an empty shell. Therefore, why would Mason keep an empty shell ...more

StockscoutX, You stated "our logic doesn't hold water. You keep saying a merger between SWAN and Mason Ressources but only 40% is held by Mason. Where is Mason going to get the cash to buy out the other 60% to merge? First, a LLG.V issued and outstanding equities consolidation could be enacted, then with all the headroom for new shares issuance and Mason Resorces remaining cash on hand, ...more

I see you are extremely persistent in making you point of view be seen and read in this bullboard. You go out of you way to write page long explanation of what could, should, would and would not happen with this stock. Goes to show that you have a very serious and deep interest in this stock. GLTA.

StockscoutX, I'll perhaps be more interested when Thomas Swan & Co principals and "friends" elect to place the intellectual property/trade secrets into Black Swan Graphene. At the very least, something "bankable" needs to be funnelled into Black Swan Graphene, so as to allow for the levering up of such assets; thus allowing for SWAN to secure at least $42.8 Million ...more

@1student. I understand why your interest is so deep in SWAN and working the bullboard in a particular way. From your answer you have buy target of 7 cents. A target that most likely could strike a deal in some interested parties. Keep up your posting. ;) GLTA.

StockscoutX, Don't hold your breath waiting for anything which can be considered to be substantive to happen here with Black Swan Graphene. I'll be back someday, when there is company disseminated news to discuss.

@1student. For a guy that keeps coming back to this bullboard and responding to any posts seems rather peculiar because somewhere it's not going as planned or analysed as you see it. Your continued posting here is welcomed because it shows a serious interest in this stock no matter which way you speak. ;)  GLTA.

StockscoutX, I'll reiterate for you that "I'll perhaps be more interested when Thomas Swan & Co principals and "friends" elect to place the intellectual property/trade secrets into Black Swan Graphene". Why hang around this bullboard if you think there's nothing to see in a while? Sign up for a news letter by email at SWAN website. When you will see what you wish to expect come back. Furthermore, I find it odd that you wish so hard to see the SP go down to 7 cents. Something tells me that you did some shorting with stock. ;) GLTA.

StockscoutX, If you would stop replying to my comments, I would have likely stoped aying anything at all here, lol. By the way. $0.07 is simply the natuaral impact of gravity exerted on the SWAN share price. It has nothing to do with me. Please don't reply. When there is news worthy of my comments, I will probably sate something about such news. Otherwise I am out of here.
Comment by StockscoutX on Mar 02, 2024 11:14am
The only way you'll get your 7 cents is if there's someone with a boat load of shares that will dump and you're ready with your bid to fill up at that moment before it goes back up on the same day.  I bet you have that bid already ready. ;) GLTA.
Comment by 1student on Mar 03, 2024 4:05am
StockscoutX, I certainly do not have such a 7 cents bid already in queue. I don't mind telling you that I have other more ripe and therefore more ready equities investments which I am presently preoccupied with. Black Swan Graphene is a heck of a lot farther down on the list of my "priority investments". I have no intention of purchasing anymore SWAN shares. Good money thrown after ...more

1Student: I suggest you save your money for more GRA. They already have an operating graphene manufacturing plant with more on the way and ready source of graphite feedstock ( though I'm sure NOU will be happy to supply if,as and when they get into production).

lire1, I expect you already know full well that I already have more than 25% of my net worth invested in NanoXplore. Comparatively, there isn't a single other NanoXplore equities investor, either institutional or retail, having invested more than 25% of their net worth in NanoXplore. I can't possibly buy all the NanoXplore shares available at the ask, all the way up to CAD$4.60 per share. ...more

lire1, I did tell StockscoutX that I am currently preoccupied with certain of my equities investments which I called "runners and stunners". I see you or StockscoutX picked up on that eh.
