As I've said before, I got in for Reserve Creek, and am now thoroughly impressed with the properties this company has and the results they've gotten from them. Any of these properties could be the flagship property of another company, and we have them all.
Someone posted about the quality management this co. has and there's no doubt about it. To have acquired all these properties and then consistently generate the strong results is really something. Today's financing supports that as well. A coup in my books. Take in a bit of extra cash to add to the kitty before our next leg up when we can then add more significant funds at higher prices. Love it.
