To put this in perspective because there will be a few individuals that jump all over this:

Roger Frenette is a director and has been on the board for years.  A check of SEDI shows him as an insider with the most shares under ownership for an individual, more than Mike Taylor.  He holds approximately 3 million shares, options, etc. and was purchasing them back in 2004 at 0.80+, yes 0.88!  With this runup from 13 to 26 in the short span of weeks, is he wrong to sell a small percentage of his holdings and lock in some gains, profit on stocks that have been his payment over the last 7 years?
