No such news was release by IIROC on the 19 Sept 2013, reference SXS.
As for selling shares who cares, you have to look at the source, anybody desperate enough to say that IIROC had halt trade on SXS today because of low volume, really!!
When the
Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) halts trading they release the news and the TSX acknowledges it.
