However, in order to receive an even greater impact when posting your various recommandations, you might want to try separating the number parts from the text parts a bit more.
Structuring the numbers together separately, more like an income- or cash flow statement, would make the analysis much easier to read, since interweaving large chunks of text with numbers tend to complicate the overview of the analysis. My point being that people who are too lazy to do their own DD, are PROBABLY often too lazy to read through long pieces of text such as your analysis
