RE: RE: RE: RE: Canadian Business Magazine"However I don't recall other base metal stocks taking as large of a hit, on average, as what was experienced here."
Check out: CML, FNI, QUA, GWQ, ROK, GMI, NGG, PRZ, GCU, UC, ADA, SRZ, KAT, ML. Any Zinc miner producing or not has been hit hard if not BK.
"Can't ignore environmental risks either which can quickly become a major political problem in a hurry as well. In the wrong hands environmental issues can take on a life of it's own and sink any promising project regardless of the potential "blue sky" economics. I doubt that it will be an issue here but always keep that in mind when investing in mining ventures."
I agree, however TAM has both land use and water permits from MVLWBfor the first six deposits, which getting through the permiting process in NWT is extensive to say the least. But again you are correct and all should do their own DD, and check out the success of freeze ring technology for control of ground water contamination during the mining process, TAM will be able to run a cleaner mining opperation than Comminco IMO.
