 If metal prices rise another 10-15 % I am sure we will see TAM rally !  Those kind of prices will make financng easier since Tamerlane at least in theory could sell metals on the futures market if a bank loan requires that,  thus securing a fine cash flow beforehand.

However a JV is also a likely alterntive.
