RE: RE: RE: RE: ... don't blame TAM for the crisis"What happened to the 20M they did months ago?"
The december bridge financing was 5+5 million, not 20. The company intends to repay that debt facility from proceeds from the larger project financing which they intend to close in 2011. Meanwhile, "The bridge loan will provide management with the necessary financial resources to focus exclusively on the completion of the update feasibility phase and significant efforts related to definitive engineering and awarding of construction contracts."

"I agree with something Cali/Cruc said a bit ago."
As we all know, Calif/Crucible has no credibility left. He used to be the biggest TAM supporter on the forum, until two things happened:

1. The financial crisis happened (taking EVERY junior resource stock down about 90%)
2. Calif/Crucible lost a huge amount of money on TAM

Then, bitter and desperate to find someone to blame, he started acting like the global financial crisis was TAM's fault and like PK was trying to screw the shareholders on purpose. THAT is nuts, can't you see it?

The fact that TAM has gotten through the worst financial crisis of the century with an amazingly small amount of dilution compared to most other similar companies seem to have been forgotten by some people.
