The failure to pay the interest payment is the least of TAM's worries - where are they gonna get the cash to repay the loan next month? Oh, that's right, they are in "negotiations" - and not paying the interest means the negotiations are going swimmingly well. Right.
The lenders would do everyone a favor by putting TAM into BK - getting rid of Peggy, The Rummy and the crony BOD would be a big positive step, particularly by getting rid of that obscene royalty that Peg and TR finagled for themselves...
The amazing thing is this continues to trade above a penny. It's worth less than nothing.
