Seems like the real dealTag seems like they have some good land, lots of money and proven management . Have been reading over the info on their website and I can't seem to find any downside. I am not a pro, but the main thing any junior oil company needs to grow is good land, and Tag seems to have it. No debt, share structure is very reasonable at 55million fully diluted and cash flow that should increase substancially over 2011 and beyond. Rig in place for at least 10 wells. Should soon be able to grow from cash flow. To me this looks like a very good investment, but always DYODD.
