Very frustrating overall. I guess when you see stock plummet you start thinking about negative side. here´s what worries me: 1) company basically issued fraudulent IP rates last 18 months. that´s why we´re not getting anymore rates is my guess, 2) sidewinder is the discovery that took stock from 3 to 5.5 or so. sidewinder isn´t worth much at all at current gas price. remember when it was supposed to be 30 mmcfpd, 3) east coast looks like it will turn into corridor resources equivalent. i remember thinking that this was the risk, and it played out this way. 4) there´s no way they hit any production targets they´ve set. i don´t trust the team at all. they may hit a spot 4k boepd in march, but i can guarantee that for a full quarter, they won´t be able to outperform the 2k run rate by much, 5) my worry is EURs are way lower than mgmt states. steeper declines. the asset just isn´t there. i guess there´s a reason there has never been much excitement around taranaki - small structures, recovery rates low, just not a great asset. mgmgt pitched it like they could increase recoveries and improve EURs. again, don´t trust these guys as steward of capital. 6) mgmt round tripped this thing. they sold all of last year, 7) net cash after infra build is going to be lower than people think. they subtly dropped that it would be 65mm after infra in last press release. before they said it would be 85 after infra build. again, don´t trust these guys at all. i think this infrastructure thing is basically a way to distract people from decline rates and lackluster wells.
