If you don't like the company's plans or the "old dinosaurs"

then the answer is easy, sell your shares and move on.  If you keep your shares then you are along for the ride at your choice, so stop complaining about the plans.  I for one, bought shares for the upside move that these "old dinosaurs" can make happen. and so far everything is going just as planned.  And if you think they are going to waste the money, then do a little DD and find out about them before trashing them, they do not need to steal TAO's petty cash.

Dave444 how old is the Executive Chairman? Someone said they thought 74 but he looks older in the picture. Does he work out and eat healthy?

Actually he is 69, but you should really do your own DD, I do my own and that is how I find undervalued situations with low risk and good potential.

Dave444 first you offer me investment advise and now you tell me to do some due dilly on my own. Are you from Vancouver by chance?  I can't believe he's only 69 but I am fond of the number.  cheers.
