Interesting is that TAU is not selling as a function of the conversion price of BNCH, i.e. .245 x 2.5584 = about 62.5 cents implied for TAU but it's been trading at ~.55 or so. Prior to recently it had been trading as a function of the post-transaction exchange, and usually these ratios are maintained in such deals.
