We have 44 million shares out, and 26 million are tucked away with insiders. We have 14 cents per share of cash in the bank and no debt.
There are 18 million shares available to be purchased, but we know that out of that number, some are held in friendly hands not to be sold anytime soon. (guilty)
We know that 22 properties came from a syndicate which consist of those that run this company, and they have been credited with many of the Yukon discoveries over the past ten years. Safe to assume that the 22 properties were tucked away for future developement by these very well regarded men. The likelyhood is that they saved the best to last, not just random properties. As Hiker has said, the proof is in the drilling, and what we will have between now and then will be speculation based on the above story getting to the street. We will see a number of releases from the work that is being complete on grab samples, and indentifying targets for drilling, all of which will have the market compare early numbers to those of other discoveries in the Yukon.
With 18 million shares, and a great story, the window of opportunity to buy under a dollar will close quickly. If news is a week away, then this week will see buying in anticipation.
The news report from 2fast, from mr Rule is valid and will have people suspect at first of a new entrant. A number of Yukon traded gold companies are "closeologists", and not really there to find anything other than invoestors buying.
The more you look at GSR, the more you understand this could actually be the 'big daddy' of them all.
