RE:RE:Only 50k today...Yep, T+3 is the settlement for the rights, so the last day to purchase shares and get rights was Friday. It went ex-rights on Tuesday. 

Also agree with the trading behaviour. Stocks typically trade down to the rights exercise price as it gets closer to the date. Rights should appear in trading accounts on Friday. 

I agree that the company certainly didnt do much to promote the rights offering. Only one day's notice to get more shares before going ex-rights. This company really needs to fire their CFO..
