Just one more day to go and the transaction volume is shriking.  It seems that the market is not too interested in the Right Offering....  Live or die?  Hopefully tomorrow it will be better.

I don't think "the market" (meaning "non-shareholders") has anything to do with the rights offering now. If the T+3 settlement requirement is used to determine who is a shareholder on the Record Date (5/25/2017) then a non-shareholder would have to purchase shares by 5/21/2017 to qualify. Given that 5/21 was a Sunday, the latest a non-holder could have bought shares, waited

Yep, T+3 is the settlement for the rights, so the last day to purchase shares and get rights was Friday. It went ex-rights on Tuesday.  Also agree with the trading behaviour. Stocks typically trade down to the rights exercise price as it gets closer to the date. Rights should appear in trading accounts on Friday.  I agree that the company certainly didnt do much to promote the rights

I had shares as of last friday but have since sold them.  I wonder if I will still get a bunch of rights in my account tomorrow.
